This position requires a California Real Estate license.

The main tasks are:
 
- comparative marketing analysis on properties for competitive
pricing when advising owners of rental rates
- soliciting tenants via direct marketing, showing the property,
and negotiating the lease
- business development in bringing new properties into our management programs or owners online for leasing
only services
- relocating tours
- maintaining client satisfaction
- entrepreneurial skills, a strong phone presence, a licensed
and insured vehicle, as well as up-to-date knowledge of
computers are a must
