AMSI has created an opportunity for International and American students to learn in the "real world" with real responsibilities. In 2005 AMSI hosted over 30 young people interning with diverse projects in the property management and real estate business.

The interns are usually students or young people who have finished their studies or are in the final stages of fulfilling language school requirements. The students are the best of the best and come from local language schools, UC-Berkeley, San Francisco State University, Cal State Hayward, etc. Many come from abroad too, for example...Europe or Asia!

The duties when interning with AMSI:

• Direct marketing
• Assistance for the agents
• Creating, printing, distribute marketing material
• Assistance in briefings and meetings
• Work on projects
• Internet research
• Affiliate client research

Where to work when interning with AMSI:

• Marketing Department
• Special Services Department
• Accounting/Administrative Department
• Agent assistance (rotation and flexibility included)
