On Saturday night, April 29 , we had the privilege of volunteering at the All You Need Is Love Gala in support of Family House San Francisco, an organization that provides temporary housing for families with children undergoing cancer treatment. The event was held at the stunning Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco and was filled with love, community, and vintage vibes.

The theme of the night was
all about love, and it was evident in every aspect of the event. The decor was inspired by the 60s, with vibrant colors and flowers adorning every corner of the room. The guests also got into the spirit of the theme, dressing up in their finest vintage attire and bringing the atmosphere of the era to life.

The evening kicked off with a cocktail hour, where guests mingled, enjoyed drinks, and participated in a raffle to win a four-day getaway. The excitement in the room was palpable, as everyone was eager to support such a
meaningful cause and potentially win a prize.

As the night progressed, guests were treated to a delicious dinner and a live auction that showcased some incredible items. During the evening guests enjoyed a music tribute to the Beatles by
The Sun Kings

But the
real stars of the evening were the families and children who benefit from the services provided by Family House San Francisco. It was heartwarming to see how the event brought the community together and raised funds to support families in need. The event was a reminder of the power of love and compassion and how, with a little help, we can all make a difference in the world.

As volunteers, we were honored to be a part of such a wonderful event and contribute to a meaningful cause. We encourage everyone to support Family House San Francisco and the work they do to provide housing and support to
families with children undergoing cancer treatment. With love, support, and community, anything is possible.

In conclusion, the All You Need Is Love Gala was a
night to remember, filled with love, community, and vintage vibes. It was a reminder of the power of compassion and how we can all make a difference in the world by supporting meaningful causes. We're grateful to have been a part of this event and hope to continue to support Family House San Francisco in any way we can.

Image Sotheby's Realty A vineyard property in Napa Valley with ties to the origins of “Two Buck Chuck” is heading to auction after being listed for nearly two years. The estate was previously offered at $28 million and is now expected to open bidding between $8 million and $12 million. Located in St. Helena, the property spans more than 40 acres and includes a functioning winery, tasting room, and residential spaces. The site also carries a long history in the region. It was once associated with the original Charles Shaw winery , which later became widely known through the “Two Buck Chuck” label. Charles Shaw, a former banker, began producing wine in Napa Valley in the late 1970s after spending time in France and developing an interest in winemaking. While his original venture faced financial challenges and was eventually sold, the name later became widely known through the “Two Buck Chuck” label that was a household staple with Trader Joe's shoppers. In the 1990s, the property was acquired by the current ownership, who restored the winery, replanted vineyards, and established a new label focused on Italian varietals. Since then, it has operated as a family-owned vineyard and winery, with a mix of production, hospitality, and residential use. The transition to auction follows a period of price adjustments after the property was first brought to market. Auction platforms have become a more common option for certain types of real estate, particularly for large or specialized properties such as vineyard estates. In this case, the auction is being conducted through a platform focused on wine and vineyard properties, with bidding scheduled to take place later this month. Properties like this tend to attract a specific type of buyer, often looking for a combination of land use, business potential, and location within established wine regions like Napa Valley. As the listing moves into the auction process, it reflects one of several approaches currently being used to market high-value real estate assets. Read more about the Vineyards auction here
