Imperial Beach is an outstanding, up and coming beach town just south of Coronado Island. 20 minutes to the airport, just a few blocks from the San Diego Bay, bike trails, estuaries, coffee shops, etc. The home is just a little over a mile and a half from the ocean and pier.
