Property Overview

Waterfront Views: Enjoy peaceful views of Alewife Cove from the upper back porch (accessible year-round) and the lower outdoor patio (furnished from the second week of May until November 6th).

Accommodations: Newly renovated, single-level ranch home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms feature two Sealy medium-firm queen beds and doors with locks for privacy. Please note that the master bedroom does not have a TV, while bedrooms 2 and 3 are equipped with 50" Smart HDTVs.

Living Space & Entertainment: The living room features an 80" Smart HDTV. All TVs allow you to log into your personal streaming accounts (YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Free high-speed Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps) is available throughout the home.

Climate Control: The home has central heating and air conditioning. Please note that bedroom 3 typically runs 2â€"3 degrees cooler than the thermostat in the winter and 2â€"3 degrees warmer in the summer.

Parking: Maximum parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, including garage access. Please note that campers, RVs, cargo trailers, and box trucks are strictly prohibited due to space limitations.

Location & Water Access:

Ocean Beach Park: Located just down the street, less than a 5-minute walk from the front door. The park is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Cove & Water Activities: Guests are welcome to bring kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards to use in Alewife Cove (equipment is not included), and must comply with CT water safety guidelines.

Water Access Note: The property docks on the backyard retaining wall are strictly off-limits. To access the water, there is a public water access area just a short walk away on Parkway Drive in Waterford, CT (across the bridge to the right).

Local Recreation: The immediate area is excellent for walking, jogging, and bike riding. For more information on local attractions, we recommend searching "Visit New London," "Explore New London," and "Ocean Beach Park."
