This Vintage Beach House (built in 1930) gives you the true New England beach experience, with Ocean Beach Park just steps away! The home is a single family, two story design. Our fully furnished 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom house.

This comfortable split level home with an attached garage is located only steps away from Ocean Beach Park.
The property features 1750 square feet of living space, including 5 bedrooms (each equipped with an HDTV), 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a back deck, fully fenced in backyard, attached garage, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Additionally, parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.

The home comes fully furnished, including all furniture, kitchen items, appliances, pots, pans, and linens. Utilities, landscaping, garbage pickup, and internet are also included in the rental. Dogs may be accepted upon request.

Ocean Beach Park is down the street from the home, open Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is less than a 3 minute walk to your left once you step out the front door of the home. The admission booth is located on the boardwalk once passed through the vehicle entrance gate.

Guests are able to utilize Alewife Cove for water activities such as kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards (all NOT included). Guests are expected to comply with the CT water safety guidelines/requirements. There is a water access area 2 blocks away where you can access the water on Parkway Drive (Waterford, CT). It is a very short walk across the bridge (to the right) that brings you to the water access area.

Besides water activities, the immediate area is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding.
