This home on Rockaway Court is a single family two-level home on the bayside of North Mission Beach. It has a well equipped California-style kitchen and a cozy dining and living space with bright beach style decor. The master bedroom is located on the ground level with a full bathroom and bathtub/shower. It has a queen size bed and cable television. Upstairs is another bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

This property has a double garage. The washer and dryer take up some of the parking space but it will fit 2 small cars. There’s a great outdoor patio fully fenced and nicely landscaped for privacy. Additionally, a BBQ grill, table and chairs for 4 occupy this space to enjoy quality time together!

Mission Bay is located just 40 steps from the house. There is a white sandy beach and a nice boardwalk for walking, biking, and rollerblading. There are many wonderful restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner within walking distance! This lovely beach house will accommodate up to eight guests and is available year round as a vacation rental.

This location is hard to beat! It's close to all the main attractions: SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it's excellent restaurants, Belmont Park and it's authentic 1920's wooden roller-coaster, Seaport Village, downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park. Come and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer including our unbeatable weather!

No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm.
