A 3 story townhome with beach views. The home is 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Internet wifi is super fast to facilitate multiple devices and simultaneous Zoom calls for remote school and work. Once a month maid service to clean the home provided for FREE!

Bedroom 1 is on the 3rd level and has a California King bed and a TV (shared bathroom), Bedroom 2 is on the 3rd level and has a queen bed, bunkbed, deck (shared bathroom) and Bedroom 3 is on the second level and has a queen bed and deck.

1 fully stocked kitchen with excellent appliances
A large garage that parks 2 cars inside and a dedicated spot behind for a total of 3 cars.
A living rooms fully furnished with Smart tv's
3 balconies that overlook the beach and/or mission bay

Looking for a mid-term tenant to rent this fully furnished and ready to move in home monthly or month to month. No indoor smoking. No large dogs or cats however we would consider a small dog on a case by case basis. No parties or excessive noise (the neighbors homes are so close to each other that if they are disturbed they will report noise complaints to the police). Note: this is a townhome next door to another home we own and rent as a vacation rental. It is always to nice families, so we need to be extra careful of who we rent to.
