For entertainment, there are large flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and a larger one in the living room. The living room furniture includes a power recliner sofa and a bucket-seat loveseat. Primary with Queen Bed, Smart TV and the second bedroom has bunk beds: a twin on top, a full-size bed below, and a trundle bed underneath. A collapsible playpen is also available.

The backyard features a permanent outdoor playground and an outdoor barbecue.

Parking consists of a one-car driveway, a one-car garage, and good street parking.

Inside the garage, you will find a full-size washer and dryer. The house is equipped with a brand new mini-split system for both AC and heat.
