Shorter Term Fully Furnished Property. Daily or Weekly stays are available at this beautiful Mission beach property. A minimum of 3 nights is all that's required.
Located in the heart of OLD Mission Beach, just a half-block to the ocean, and a short walk across the street to Mission Bay, you can 'board' or 'body' surf, paddle board, swim, and sail. Walk to the Catamaran for lunch or dinner, and afterwards, rent paddle wheelers, sail boats or other water vehicles.

Walk on Mission Blvd to shops, restaurants and convenience stores only one block away, or stroll south on the boardwalk to Mission Bay Park and the famous BIG DIPPER roller coaster. If you Choose to walk north on the boardwalk, visit the shops in that direction, as well as a jaunt onto the Pacific Beach pier to watch Surfers ride the waves and fishermen catch their evening meal. 

This is such a unique location! The unit is above a seldom-used small office space. There is a private entrance to the side. Parking for a small to a mid-sized car or SUV in the garage. The beautifully furnished home is on 2 levels with the Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, and half-bath on the main floor plus two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs.
In addition to the communal TV in the living room - each bedroom has a big screen TV with cable to watch independently your favorite shows. The bedroom at the back sports a King size bed, and a queen is in the front bedroom.  As if that isn't enough, the sofa in the living room converts easily into another queen size sleeping space. 

The kitchen too is fully equipped with dish washer, Jenn air electric stove and oven, microwave, PLUS a water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator and a filtered water cooler for both HOT and COLD water instantly.
