Situated in the east side of North Park, right by the bustling (and rapidly growing!) University Avenue. Literally minutes away from some of the best tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, breweries, music venue, etc. that San Diego has to offer. We integrated a seamless check-in/check-out process and minimal interaction for your privacy and convenience. The space Upon booking, you will receive a code to unlock the front door. Once inside, you will find a gate FOB on the kitchen counter that would allow you to access the parking at the back of the property. Access to parking is through the alley. One large vehicle, or two smaller ones would fit in our designated parking. On cold nights, get cozy in front of our gas fireplace, an additional space heater is also provided and could be found in the Master's Bedroom. Our TV's are equipped with streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix. High speed WiFi is also available within the property. An iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are also provided for your convenience which are all located in the Master's Bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Self-check-in with a Smart Lock While we love pets, we keep this rental friendly for guests with allergies. Unfortunately, they are not allowed unless they are a service or therapy pet. If you are traveling with a service or therapy pet, we'll just need to see the proper documentation.
