The complex is small and very quiet with all owner occupied units. The unit is three stories with an underground secured garage that leads directly into the unit (via stairs).

The main floor contains one bedroom, one bathroom, the living-dining room, kitchen and private patio with outdoor furnishings.

The second floor contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms, private patio, as well as in unit laundry.

Two bedrooms have Smart TV's (46", 55") and the living room has a 65" Smart TV. Several beach cruisers as well as beach chairs available for use.

All utilities included (Internet, Water, Electric, Trash), however no cable TV (streaming only).
