Gorgeous mid-century home with modern flair. Amazing Sunset Cliffs Ocean View Property. Clean and modern. Sweeping ocean and sunset views. Minutes form Ocean Beach. The space These views are breathtaking! You'll be in awe at the vastness of the ocean below. Guest access Entire home, Garage, Backyard patio area. Other things to note This home is *at* the beach. Ocean Beach, Mission Beach and Pacific beach (OB, MB, PB) are all very close by. Even closer are Sunset Cliffs Beach and Garbage Beach (no actual garbage- it is just the name the surfers gave it years ago). Both are more secluded and have fewer tourists that the big beaches. We use smart home technology to improve your experience, maintain efficiencies, manage costs. All technologies used are privacy compliant and are required on this property. There is no video or audio recording done at the premises. Quiet Hours are at 10 p.m. This is pretty strictly enforced. Unfortunately, I've had to remove guests in the middle of the night who didn't believe me. This is a neighborhood and not suitable for partying. There is a separate beach house at the other side of the lot that I use personally. it is never rented to other Vacationers. This is completely separate in every way. Nothing is shared. Just an FYI.
