Amazing Point Lona Home!!About this space This home was built with design in mind. It is open, light and functional with designer and custom furniture throughout. The location is perfect with access to shopping, dining, liberty station, the beaches, the airport, an arts district, fishing, and downtown. 2.2 Miles to Ocean Beach 1.5 Miles to Airport 5 Miles to Gaslamp The space There is a huge rooftop patio with a firepit - perfect for drinking wine at dusk. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space except for a few areas where I keep some personal belongings. Each bedroom does have an available closet for guests to use. Other things to note There ISN'T a hot tub or Jacuzzi. The master bathroom has a large oval soaking tub that fits 2 (or more, depending on your adventure level). The house has super fast internet and a wi-fi router. Fourth bed is an available double thickness airbed. Has all sheets/ pillows/blankets needed to sleep. Please note, Quiet hours in San Diego are 10:00 sharp every day. This means all guests need to come indoors, close doors and windows, turn off music and generally be respectful of the neighborhood. This is absolutely enforced. We use smart home technology to improve your experience, maintain efficiencies, manage costs. All technologies used are privacy compliant and are required on this property. There is no video or audio recording done inside the premises. Again...Quiet Hours are at 10 p.m. This is pretty strictly enforced. Unfortunately, I've had to remove guests before for partying all night and that not allowed in this home or neighborhood so pls be respectful of your neighbors and keep the volume down.  This is a neighborhood and not suitable for partying.
