Property Overview

This ranch features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and a private full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 is equipped with a twin bunk bed and a twin pull-out trundle.

The home includes an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The dining room seats 6, with 3 additional stools at the kitchen island. The living room features a queen pull-out sofa and a smart TV for streaming (please bring your own account passwords). A full-size stacked washer and dryer is located off the kitchen. Window AC units are available in the main living area and each bedroom from May through October. Linens and towels are provided.

Outside, there is a large yard and a deck with a patio table, seating, a grill, and a fire pit (firewood can be purchased locally). The driveway accommodates one car, and additional on-street parking is available.

Private neighborhood paths offer walking access to both Ocean Beach Park and Waterford Beach. Ocean Beach features a boardwalk, swimming, a pool, a waterslide, mini-golf, an arcade, playgrounds, a restaurant and bar, ice cream, and live entertainment. Waterford Beach can be accessed via a grapevine-covered path. From there, you can also walk to Harkness State Park and the Eugene O'Neill Theater. Additionally, there is a small boat launch right around the corner on Parkway for kayaks or canoes.

The property is a short drive from downtown shopping, restaurants, bars, and ferries to Block Island, Fishers Island, and Long Island. Niantic is also nearby, offering a boardwalk, beaches, shopping, dining, and bike rentals. Mystic Village, the Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, Foxwoods Resort Casino, and Mohegan Sun are all within a 30-minute drive
