The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a full & twin bed. A mini-split in the living room cools the entire cottage. There is forced air heat. The marble-tiled bathroom has a shower and pedestal sink.

The backyard deck has beautiful views of the ocean, including the Nubble Light lighthouse. There is a gas grill behind the cottage, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The cottage is 750 square feet, but has all the amenities for comfortable living. There is an outdoor deck for dining and viewing the ocean. The backyard is fenced in. The current monthly rate includes everything- all utilities, TV/cable/internet, heating oil, propane gas for cooking, & snow removal if needed.

Our seaside cottage is close to Grocery shopping, Pharmacies, Outlet shopping, stores, Restaurants and is just 20 minutes to the Portsmouth shipyard!
