Winner of San Francisco Apartment Association's 2022 Leasing Consultant of the Year... Gina Ocampo!

Every Year the San Francisco Apartment Association (SFAA), dedicated to educating, advocating for, and supporting the Rental Housing Community in San Francisco, awards several outstanding professionals in the industry for their contributions, recognizing the amazing services that they provide in their community and their excellence in the field.

Over the years AMSI, a long-time SFAA member, has been proud to have been on the receiving end of these awards, and this year we are honored to celebrate our very own Gina Ocampo, who has been deemed the 2022 Leasing Consultant of the Year!

With full hearts, this comes as no surprise as Gina Ocampo has over a decade of real estate experience in San Francisco and has closed countless transactions with superb professionalism and client satisfaction.

Harboring a deep passion for real estate and a commitment to generating superior results, Gina stays with her clients every step of the way and graciously walks them through the leasing process, providing a service that is consistent, knowledgeable, comforting, and fabricated from years of experience. Among many of Gina's most powerful traits are her resilience and ability to remain calm in the face of adversity, staying strategic and solution-oriented from start to finish. She gets the job done and will often utilize creative marketing strategies and outside-the-box thinking to produce lasting and positive results that are mutually beneficial to all parties.

Bilingual and fluent in both English and Tagalog, Gina is a master communicator, welcoming the opportunity to do business with each client and deriving deep satisfaction from a job well done. Knowing that housing is a fundamental part of the foundation of people's lives, Gina sees great purpose in her work and it is shown through the meaningful interactions and connections that she develops along the way. Her leasing excellence is but a reflection of the greater aura that she carries with her in the workspace. She is an inspiration to all who she comes into contact with, leaving a positive and lasting impression on her clients, tenants, and even colleagues.

Making friends wherever she goes, Gina is an amazing professional who is deeply deserving of such a prestigious award and it is with full hearts that we congratulate her for the overdue recognition of the excellence that we see every day. One of AMSI’s top-producing agents in both leasing and sales, she is an amazing resource for any of your housing needs and, should you be lucky enough to work with Gina you will receive the best service and experience that money can buy.

Congratulations Gina Ocampo, on behalf of the whole AMSI family, for a job well done and for being SFAA’s 2022 Leasing Agent of the Year!
